Blog Giveaway and Thoughts on Time

I need more hours in the day as I seem to be in overdrive with ideas. This may be the reason (at least it is the story I am telling myself) I thought my subscription to Fiber Art Now had expired. I did not find what I was looking for at Barnes and Noble so when I saw the new issue, I grabbed it. Unfortunately for me, the same issue was waiting for me in my mailbox when I got home.  Don't you hate when that happens. Fortunately for you, you have a chance to win it!

1. Leave a comment about your thoughts on time. It seems to be speeding up for me. You?
2. Make sure I know how to get in touch because I am not going to spend the time tracking you down.
3. Not advertising so you probably have a better chance at winning.
4. I'll post the winner on Monday. If I don't hear from them by Tuesday, I'll pick another person.

  1. Yes. The older I get the faster time goes. There are just not enough hours in the day or days of the week to create all the things in my head! Awesome give away! Thank you...

  2. Yes, would love to be your winner. Like you, I find that my ideas outpace my time....and maybe my abilities, or at least my abilities to manage my time better.

  3. Would love to be your winner. It seems my ideas outpace my time and my abilities, or maybe just my ability to manage my time better.

  4. Time is flying by so fast for me. Is it Christmas yet?

  5. I'm having the same problem.........too many ideas and the darn days get shorter?!!! And the daily "tasks" just don't go away on their own.....I love the Facebook profiles I get from Fiber Art Magazine and must remember to subscribe.......can't decide between eMag or to sit and flip though, so probably will do paper, and do "green" somewhere else.....Do you have a set time you work in the studio? I'm going to have to buckle down and make myself give me time to art.........

    1. Time goes so fast it frightens me sometimes - how can my youngest baby be at university? surely he's only just started school!
I've never heard of this magazine so I'd love to win your spare copy!

  6. I thought when I retired I'd have time to do everything I wanted...I'm busier than ever and seem to get less done! At least everything I do is something I want to do!

  7. I agree there never seems to be enough time, the older I get the faster it speeds by.Thanks for the chance to win , and have a great weekend.

  8. Thoughts on overflow of ideas/restrictions on time -- I take digital photos of ideas and keep them all in one file folder - culling here and there as projects evolve or ideas die. I also have one specific box where I toss items I've torn out or notes I've scribbed (the idea box). Again, when the need arises (dry spell) or time permits (rarely), I cull through those bits and pieces - using the "pitch or keep" mentality, until the "right" one surfaces. Otherwise, my mind would explode trying to keep track of "great" ideas!

  9. Did you pick a winner? I have anxiously been checking, but nothing showed up and I haven't gotten my daily email in a few days. I hope you are ok!!!

Love comments! Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts with me.
