Maria H's Quilt

Maria started with one idea and after some thought changed direction. She has really embraced process and letting the piece speak to her. I love her thoughtful approach. Her machine quilting has improved too. She has done a great job quilting the black background (done after this photo was taken). Enjoy!

  2. All of these pieces are powerful and very well done...use of color, symbolism, everything. A difficult subject for sure, but they have done a tremendous job expressing themselves.

Please let your spontanaeity and the inner you continue in the work you produce. That is priceless..try not to be overcome with
self-awareness to the point it inhibits.
Keep up your good work... Karen.. thank you for sharing. An inspiration for many of us.
